This is a wonderful 16"standing black mohair poodle. He has brown painted glass eyes and a pink felt tongue. His head is jointed and legs are stationary. The mohair is longer on his legs, muzzle and topknot. He wears a red collar. There are no tags and I don't believe it was made by Steiff, possible Hermann. A wonderful big mohair dog!
